The Amended Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation for the Mike and Key Amateur Radio Club were approved by a vote of the membership April 1997.  The Bylaws were revised (Article 10.01) in 2001 to allow electronic distribution of the club monthly newsletter via electronic means.  The Articles of Incorporation filed with the State of Washington have been revised in 2002 and 2004 to change the name and address of the Radio Officer, who is the registered agent of this non-profit corporation.
